ALBERTA HENRY EDUCATION FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors & current college students)
Deadline:  May 1, 2015
Application:  Alberta Henry Application or available from Mrs. Cartwright in the Counseling Center
Criteria:
-Permanent resident of the state of Utah.
-Must attend a college or university in the state of Utah.
-2.5 GPA.
-Application, brief statement, copy of your financial award letter from the college you plan to attend (must complete the FAFSA to receive this), 2 letters of recommendation.
Award:  $1,000-2,000 renewable annually (multiple awards)

WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY:  DREAM WEBER PROGRAM (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 1, 2015

Criteria:
-Be a legal Utah resident.
-Have a household income of $40,000 or less beginning Fall 2015.
-Qualify for federal Pell Grant funds.
-Be an undergraduate student with less than 150 credit hours.

USU-TOOELE:  TOOELE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 1, 2015
Application:  USU-Tooele County High School Scholarship
Criteria:
-High school seniors graduating from a Tooele County School District high school.
-Must apply for admission to USU-Tooele.
-Award based on GPA and ACT score in combination with demonstrated academic achievement, involvement in extracurricular activities, financial need, and a compelling essay.
-Application and essay.
Award:  Partial tuition (multiple awards)

USU-TOOELE:  ALLEN SCHOLAR AWARD (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 1, 2015
Application:  USU-Tooele Allen Scholar Award
Criteria:
-Apply and be admitted to Utah State University
-Show a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
-Be a resident of Tooele County.
-Demonstrate leadership, initiative, thoughtfulness, service or volunteer history, strong educational goals, and personal integrity.
-Application, essay, letters of recommendation.
Award:  Partial tuition (multiple awards)

USU-TOOELE:  ENERGY SOLUTIONS TRADITIONAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 1, 2015
Application:  USU-Tooele Energy Solutions Traditional Student Scholarship
Criteria:
-Tooele County resident who has applied for acceptance to Utah State University-Tooele Campus.
-Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Award:  Amount varies (multiple awards)

USU-TOOELE:  LIFE EXPERIENCE SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 1, 2015
Application:  USU-Tooele Life Experience Scholaship
Criteria:
-Apply and be admitted to USU.
-Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
-Resident of Tooele County.
-Demonstrate remarkable life experiences, financial need, volunteer/service experiences and educational goals.
-Application, essay, 2 letter of recommendation.
Award:  Partial tuition

USU-TOOELE:  WELCOME AWARD (Seniors)
Deadline:  August 24, 2015 (these are awarded on a first come, first serve basis so earlier is best!)
Application:  USU-Tooele Welcome Award
Criteria:
-Undergraduate student attending USU-Tooele, Delta, or Nephi campus for their first semester of enrollment.
-Waivers are awarded on a first come, first serve basis determined by application submission date–submit your application now!
Award:  Partial tuition waiver of $75 off per credit hour of tuition up to a max. of 12 credit hours.

TOOELE COUNTY DAIRY PRINCESS/AMBASSADOR SCHOLARSHIP (Girls, Juniors to Age 24)
Deadline:  May 5, 2015

Application:  Dairy Princess/Ambassador Application 2015 and Candidate Agreement 2015 or see Mrs. Cartwright in the Counseling Center.
Criteria:
-Must be at least a junior (2014-2015) at a Tooele County school.
-3.0 GPA.
-Willing to travel throughout the Tooele County area promoting the Utah Dairy Commission and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Award:  $1,000 to Princess/Ambassador (2), $500 to Attendants (2)

SLCC: NATIVE AMERICAN EVENT TUITION WAIVER SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 12, 2015
Application:  Native American Event 2015-16 Tuition Waiver or see Mrs. Cartwright in the Counseling Center.
Criteria:
-Must have attended the Native American Conference at SLCC last fall (2014).
-Be a Utah resident and U. S. citizen, or have valid evidence of permanent residency in the U.S. (permanent resident card or A#).
-You must not have taken any college classes other than concurrent enrollment.
-Be a high school graduate.
-Provide a high school transcript showing a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
-Apply for admission to SLCC. Concurrent enrollment students are already admitted and do not need to reapply.
-Select an eligible major and program. (See the SLCC website for an up-to-date list of eligible majors and programs.
-Application, letter of recommendation, one-page essay.
Award:  This tuition waiver will cover approximately $3,000 tuition for fall and spring semesters of 2015 – 2016.

LM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (Seniors)
Deadline:  May 31, 2015

Criteria:
-Must be currently enrolled or expect to be enrolled in a degree program by September.
-Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and submit an answer to the essay question.
Award:  $500 (1 award)

SUSSLE SCHOLARSHIP (Seniors)

Criteria:
-Contribute content by topic to Sussle.
-Large variety of topics, for example:  fashion, Disney Princess, Oreo. Harry Potter, ice cream, Doctor Who, Spanish language, Innovation…and many other fun and current topics.
Award:  Up to $1,000; other lesser cash awards
