School and Community Service Scholarship

Deadline: April 14, 2017

Many students have filled their high school years with a variety of school and community service. This scholarship has been created to identify and honor students who have a record of outstanding service to school, community and family.

Award: $500


  • Complete application
  • Senior or graduate of the Adult Education program
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Essay: “Why do you want to pursue advanced education?” (integrate your ideas, understanding, and feelings related to “service”)
  • List of leadership experiences
  • List of community service and school service activities
  • Letter of Recommendation
