IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SENIORS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR THE REGENTS’ SCHOLARSHIP!
Many students who are eligible for the Regents’ Scholarship each year miss out on actually receiving the money they have earned because they do not submit their final paperwork. DO NOT miss out on this money because you forgot to mail a few documents…if could be a very costly mistake! Here is a list of the documents you need to submit by the July 1, 2015 deadline: (This same information is listed in the notification letter that you should have received by May 1, 2015. If you did not receive this letter, please contact the Regents’ office ASAP!)
- Conditional acceptance form (this was included with your review letter–if you lost it, you need to contact Regents’ for another copy).
- A copy of your final high school transcript which must include: all final grades, all ACT scores, your graduation date.
- A copy of your college transcripts from concurrent enrollment classes. Click here for information on USU transcripts.
- A copy of your college registration for Fall of 2015, showing that you have registered for at least 15 credit hours or a completed deferment form and student information release form.
